1. About the service

VWA Insights (insights.vwa.agency) is a reporting platform by VWA digital agency, intended for VWA's business clients to view marketing data, AI reports, and strategic advice in one place.

2. Access and accounts

Access to the platform is granted exclusively by VWA digital agency, on the basis of an ongoing client relationship. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and may not share their account with third parties.

3. Permitted use

The platform is intended for viewing and analysing the marketing reports of the client's own organisation. The following is not permitted:

• Automated scraping or bulk export of data outside the functionality provided;
• Attempts to bypass security measures or gain access to other clients' data;
• Sharing internal dashboards or reports with third parties without VWA's consent.

4. Ownership of data

Marketing data from connected platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads) remains the property of the client. VWA digital agency processes this data solely to deliver the dashboards and reports to the client — see the privacy policy for details.

5. OAuth connections

The client grants VWA Insights access to their own data on external platforms via OAuth. This access can be revoked at any time by the client via the settings of the platform in question (such as myaccount.google.com/permissions). We use the minimal set of scopes required for the reports.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but offer no formal uptime guarantee. Maintenance and updates may lead to brief periods of unavailability. Missed sync runs are automatically caught up in a subsequent run.

7. Liability

Figures in dashboards and AI-generated advice are intended as reporting support, not as the sole basis for business decisions. VWA digital agency is not liable for damage arising from decisions based solely on these figures or this advice.

8. Termination

The client may request termination of access and deletion of data at any time. VWA may terminate access upon the end of the client relationship or upon breach of these terms. After termination, client data is deleted within 30 days, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when that last happened. For significant changes we actively inform signed-in users.

10. Governing law

The use of VWA Insights is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
